The ranking of top scorers in the UEFA Champions League 2024-25 keeps Robert Lewandowski as the leader with 7 goals. Now, Raphinha and Guirassy follow closely with 6 goals each.

Calendar of FC Barcelona

The UEFA Champions League concluded matchday 6 with significant changes in the top scorer rankings. Robert Lewandowski remains as the top scorer with 7 goals, despite not scoring in FC Barcelona's visit to Borussia Dortmund (2-3). The Pole played 70 minutes in which he was very little involved in the Blaugrana game. Hansi Flick opted for Ferran Torres in the final stretch, a change that could not have gone better, as the 'Shark' resolved the match with a brace.

The match at Signal Iduna Park was also productive for Raphinha. The Brazilian opened the scoring for Barça in the 52nd minute with what was his sixth goal in the tournament and, despite leaving with some discomfort in his right calf, he once again left excellent impressions in the attacking trident of the Catalans.

The clash between the Blaugrana team and Dortmund featured Serhou Guirassy as the other scorer of the night. The Guinean forward scored twice (one from a penalty), thus reaching Raphinha's tally (6 goals) and remains as Lewandowski's closest competitor. Behind them, with 5 goals, are Viktor Gyökeres, Harry Kane, Erling Haaland, and Florian Wirtz. Interestingly, none of the four managed to score on matchday.

Vinicius, Julián Álvarez, and Griezmann close the gap in the 'race' for the Champions 'Top Scorer'

On the contrary, those who took advantage to climb the scoring table were Vinicius Jr., Julián Álvarez, and Antoine Griezmann. The Brazilian scored the winning goal for Real Madrid in their visit to Atalanta (2-3) and reached 5 goals, while the Argentine and the Frenchman led Atlético de Madrid's offense against Slovan Bratislava (3-1). The former Barça player, in fact, scored a brace, bringing him and his teammate to a total of 4 goals each.

The matchday was also productive for Dusan Vlahovic, Michael Olise, and Bukayo Saka. All scored in their teams' victories, matching the tally of 4 goals that includes one of the players who is most talked about as a possible Barça reinforcement in 2025, Jonathan David.
