STATEMENT: Barça, Madrid and Athletic challenge the agreement between LaLiga and CVC

The FC Barcelona has issued a communiqué confirming that, beside the Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao, impugn the agreement Ties-CVC, which "vulnera the law"
In the ordinary session of the Managerial Board of the FC Barcelona of this Wednesday, in addition to confirming the budget of the club for the exercise 2021-2022 or the date of the General Assembly, the directors have reaffirmed his position against of the agreement between LaLiga and the bottom investor CVC, adopted the past 12 August. The Real Madrid and Athletic of Bilbao share, also, the posture of the entity chaired by Joan Laporta.
In a first communiqué, has stood out that "the FC Barcelona, the Athletic Club and the Real Madrid CF communicate that they have impugned the agreement adopted by the Assembly of The League the past 12 August 2021, relative to the operation between the League and CVC, when treating of an agreement that vulnera the foreseen in the applicable rule (and, in particular, among others, the Royal decree-Law 5/2015) and that it was adopted in the frame of a notoriously irregular and disrespectful procedure with the minimum exigible guarantees to these effects, especially in front of an operation of such transcendence and length".
Later, in a second writing shared by the club, has confirmed "the impugnation by part of the FC Barcelona of the agreement of Laliga with the investment fund CVC adopted in the Assembly of 12 August past, was agreed in the meeting of Managerial Board of the Club of the day of yesterday", began saying.
The agreement does not have felt for the Barça
In this sense, the club confirmed that "in the same meeting presented a report of the Economic Commission of the Entity that concludes that the agreement of Laliga with CVC did not have felt for the FC Barcelona, neither by his cost, neither by the contraprestaciones to receive, neither by the length, neither neither by the level of the obligations and commitments that contains".
