CONFIRMED LINEUPS! Here are the starting XI of Atlético de Madrid and FC Barcelona for the second leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals
OFFICIAL: The starting lineups of FC Barcelona under Hansi Flick and Atlético de Madrid under Diego Simeone for the second leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals 2024/25 are now confirmed. Barcelona has two key returns in their starting lineup for today's match against Atleti:
In an effort to secure their place in the tournament's grand final, Hansi Flick has gone 'all in', although he included two surprises in his XI. Pau Cubarsí will partner with Iñigo Martínez in central defense, while Fermín López will be in the midfield alongside Pedri and Frenkie de Jong. Raphinha, for his part, returns to the starting eleven and Ferran Torres will take the place of Lewandowski in the attack. The rest of the lineup will consist of the coach's 'untouchables'.

- Starting XI: Szczesny (G); Koundé, Cubarsí, Iñigo Martínez, Balde; Frenkie de Jong, Pedri, Fermín López; Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, Ferran Torres.

Significant changes in the eleven that played against Girona on matchday 29 of LaLiga:
- Pau Cubarsí will form a central duo with Iñigo Martínez, Ronald Araujo is on the bench.
- Alejandro Balde returns to left-back.
- Frenkie de Jong takes the place of Eric García in the pivot.
- Fermín López replaces Gavi in the attacking midfield.
- Raphinha returns to the left wing.
- Ferran Torres will be the '9' of the team at the expense of Lewandowski.
After being absent in the matches against Osasuna and Girona, Pau Cubarsí and Raphinha will be available to the coach this Wednesday. The German confirmed in the pre-match press conference that both players have successfully recovered from their respective physical setbacks, so they are ready to start.
- Ter Stegen, Christensen, Marc Casadó, Dani Olmo and Marc Bernal are out due to long-term injuries.
