Athletic Club - FC Barcelona: Confirmed lineups for the 2025 Spanish Super Cup match

OFFICIAL: The starting line-ups for Hansi Flick's Barça and Ernesto Valverde's Athletic Club de Bilbao have now been confirmed for the 2025 Spanish Super Cup semi-final match.

FC Barcelona lineup

• Starting XI: Szczesny (P);  Koundé, Pau Cubarsí, Íñigo Martínez, Balde; Casadó, Gavi, Pedri; Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, Lewandowski
• Bench: Iñaki Peña; Araujo; Ferran Torres; Pablo Torre; Fermín López; Frenkie De Jong; Eric García; Astralaga; Héctor Fort; Gerard Martín;  A. Fernández
• Injured: Ter Stegen; Marc Bernal; Andreas Christensen; Ferran Torres; Héctor Fort.

Barça are looking to take the first step towards their first title of the season against Athletic Club. The Catalans are hoping to secure a victory that will allow them to advance to the final of the tournament and fight for the opportunity to lift the trophy two years later, and to do so, Hansi Flick has put the best he has on the pitch, although he also included a bombshell in the XI.

And after starting against Barbastro, Szczesny is once again in the starting line-up. In addition, Lamine Yamal returns to the starting eleven after having fully recovered from his ankle injury, while the German is betting on the Cubarsí-Iñigo Martínez duo and leaving Ronald Araujo on the bench. Christensen, Ter Stegen and Marc Bernal are out due to injury.
