Barça and Real Madrid will face their 'umpteenth' judicial crusade against LaLiga

The FC Barcelona and the Real Madrid will join to confront legally to LaLiga. Next Monday to the 10:30 hours, in the court of First Instance number 63 of Madrid, both institutions will form part of a litigio in which they will confront to the patronal. This is due to a demand presented in the gone through whites and Barcelona against the organism rector of the tournament of Spanish football, alleging that it has denied them the right to participate in the deliberations and votes of the Organ of Control of the Management of the Audiovisual Rights.

This organ is responsible to manage the commercialisation and exploitation of the audiovisual rights, ensuring that they fulfil several principles, statutes and rules. Why it arises this demand of the FC Barcelona and the Real Madrid against LaLiga?
