The FC Barcelona has announced the call for an Extraordinary General Assembly to present to the members the details of the new agreement with Nike, which will extend until the year 2038. The meeting will be held virtually on December 21, as stipulated by the current regulations.

A Strategic Agreement

The Catalan club and Nike have renewed their long-standing relationship for another 10 years, which began in 1998 and was set to expire in 2028. This new agreement foresees a significant increase in revenue for Barça: in the first period, from 2024 to 2028, the club will receive 45 million euros more per season, while from 2028 onwards, the amount will rise to 60 million euros annually until the contract expires in 2038.

The extension of this agreement represents an improvement in the relationship between Barça and the multinational, consolidating Nike's long-term support.
