The FC Barcelona has exhausted legal options to resolve the cases of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor. With just under 24 hours left in the year, the Court of First Instance number 47 in the City of Barcelona has denied the new precautionary measure requested by the azulgrana entity to register the two forwards starting January 1.

A rejection that the club had anticipated after receiving the same response from the Commercial Court number 10 last Friday and which forces them to activate their 'plan B' to register both players and, ultimately, comply with the 1/1 rule.

Barça finalizes the sale of VIP seats at Camp Nou

This involves the sale of the exploitation rights of the VIP boxes at the new Spotify Camp Nou. This agreement will last for the next 20 years and will close in exchange for about 100 million euros, an amount that will allow the blaugranas to register Olmo and Víctor before the deadline expires on December 31.

This move has been in the works for several days, but Joan Laporta had decided not to sign the contract until receiving the judicial resolution in the hope that it would be positive. However, in light of the courts' denial, the Catalans will opt to finalize the aforementioned agreement, which will ensure the registration of both players and provide a relief for the club's finances.
