Barça adds a new sponsor in the Sports Supplements category

BioTechUSA Group became a new sponsor of FC Barcelona on Monday. Juli Guiu, vice president of marketing for the club, headed the signing of the multi-year collaboration agreement with which the club seeks to strengthen the Sports Supplements category through products that optimize the nutrition of the entire men's and women's first team squad.

The company based in Hungary specializes in the development of scientifically formulated products to improve sports performance, as well as promoting research and education through adequate nutrition for elite athletes. In this sense, BioTech will support the Barça medical services with respect to the use of certain products that complement the players' diet.

Barça adds another 'global' partner for the first team

In this regard, Juli Guiu praised the agreement to improve the preparation of the Barça squads starting this season. "This global agreement means incorporating one of the leading companies in the sector into the club and advancing in studies that will allow us to maximize the capabilities of our players," explained the Barça manager. 

For his part, Bálint Lévai, CEO and co-owner of the BioTechUSA Group, expressed his satisfaction at making his innovative range of nutritional products available to the Barça team. "We are really excited to support Barça with our 25 years of experience in the development and production of professional sports supplements, with the aim of achieving high levels of performance and success together," commented the representative of a company with a presence in more than 100 countries around the world and a total of 250 professional athletes in the role of brand ambassadors.
