Confidence in Barça in the lack of evidence from the Prosecutor's Office on the purchase of referees

The 'case Negreira' will take still in resolving , but in the cúpula of the FC Barcelona there is tranquility with that, in the long run, the club will go out very rid of the scandal by fault of proofs that show the purchase of referees by part of the management of Josep María Bartomeu and Sandro Rosell, being this the main indictment against the ex mandators culés, together with the the ex executive Óscar Grau, Albert Soler and the ex referee José María Enríquez Negreira.

In this sense, the lawyer Felipe Izquierdo explained to 'MARK' how advances the case, after the Fiscalía presented this Friday a formal indictment in front of the Court of Instruction number 1 of Barcelona. "In all the complaint there is not any proof or indication that they have bought to the referees. To day of today are conjectures, but without proofs will not be able to condemn by this chapter to the accused", explained Izquierdo.

This says the indictment against Rosell and Bartomeu

"Through the presidents Rosell and Bartomeu the FC Barcelona reached and kept a verbal agreement strictly confidential with the reported Enríquez Negreira, so that, in his quality of vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA) and in return of money, made tending performances to favour to the FCB in the taking of decisions of the referees in the parties that contested the club and like this in the results of the competitions".

Besides, it adds: "Referees whose designation for each party of the Spanish competitions officials of state field and professional carry out in the breast of the CTA, organism commissioned, besides, of the evaluations -in which it participated the reported- for the promotions and descents of category of the referees, as well as of the proposition of candidates to international referees", explains the complaint presented in front of the Court of instruction 1 Catalan.

The Barça himself could have committed other crimes

In where himself runs risk the Barcelona to receive sanctions is regarding "disloyal administration and falsity in mercantile document", since it does not find the documentation required that it show that the societies of Enríquez Negreira turned bills presented to the collection in front of the FC Barcelona by a provision or services of real technical advice", bills that were earned without accrediting his end.

"Said bills did not correspond with provision of services by part of the before referred companies in front of the fault of a proof that accredited the reality of the activity developed by those", explains the complaint of the Fiscalía. Thus, the Barça follows attentive to an investigation that can desvelar still several details escabrosos on the relation of the club with the ex vice-president of the CTA between 1994 and 2018
