Enríquez Negreira explains what his relationship with Barça consisted of

After the information spread by the 'Chain BE' on the presumptive payments to referees and the back communiqué of the FC Barcelona explaining that these bonds were part of a consultancy, the vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees in the referred period, José María Enríquez Negreira, has confirmed the information that the Barcelona institution gave to know through his website on the reason of the payments.

In his statements for the quoted half, sustains that this management only consisted in informing to the Barça on the behaviour that had to have his players depending of the referee that was to charge of the commitment, with the end to guarantee the neutrality, as it also indicated in front of the Agency Tributaria. And even when it already had expired the bond between both parts, Enríquez Negreira insisted in following loaning his services.

Like this it reflects it the report remitted in front of this organism, that adjusts to the version spread by the Barcelona team in his last official communiqué: "As it has manifested the Mr. Enríquez Negreira to the Inspection, the FC Barcelona paid him, through DASNIL 95 SL, by technical advice, as the FC Barcelona wanted to ensure that they did not take referee's decisions in his against, that is to say, that all was neutral".

Of equal way, ensures that his relation was alone with the FC Barcelona, information become attached to the documents that register the payments made between the years 2016 and 2018 to the company DASNIL 95 SL. This saw drastically his income after culminating the bond with the Catalan entity. Enríquez Negreira also offered details in front of the Fiscalía and to members of the directive of the club for then, those who to his time indicated that the payments corresponded to the reports received so much by the managers of the first team as by the ones of the filial.

There were not favours to the Barça

At present, these investigations continue under way after so much Enríquez Negreira like his son warned that it did not treat of any type of favourable deal to the Catalan entity. In total, these payments added 1.392.680,02 euros in a period of three seasons (2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18).
