Fermín López, with the aim of maintaining his football rhythm, has had the initiative to ask Xavi for the opportunity to play in the reserve team during this day. Unfortunately for him, despite having had the opportunity to do so, things did not go as he had probably planned
Fermín López has been one of the feelings of the quarry of the FC Barcelona this season. The native of The Campillo, that came to have a big season with the Linares in the First RFEF, contesting 40 parties and annotating a total of 12 goals and four assistances, has won the confidence of Xavi after a glorious pre-season in which it has had minutes of game and has marked a stupendous goal against the Real Madrid. Bitter debut in Barça Atlètic for Fermín
With the number 11 in his back, López was ranged like midfield player in the party against the Nàstic of Tarragona, beside Marc Casadó and Moha in the medullary zone. Unfortunately, his adventure in the Nou Estadi Coast Daurada lasted only 47 minutes, since the referee Francisco Ortega Herrera showed him the second yellow card of the party for committing a fault on a player of the 'roman', what resulted in his expulsion. The first yellow card had received it in the first-half, in the minute 31, for protesting a fault in front of the Valencian referee.
Of this way, the debut of Fermín López in the filial was doubly bitter, since in addition to the expulsion, the Barcelona team lost 1-0 with a goal of Ander Gorostidi in the minute 90, falling to the position 15 of the table clasificatoria in the First RFEF. For now, it expects that the midfield player return to the dynamics of the first team of Xavi Hernández next Monday.
