Xavi Hernández has given minutes in the first three games of the season to a total of 20 footballers. 11 of them have an average age below 25 years, a factor that shows the rejuvenation of the culé squad
The FC Barcelona has begun the season giving prominence to the young talent. Of the 20 footballers that have seen action with the first team in the first three days of LaLiga, only six surpass the barrier of the 30 years, with 11 players underneath of the 25 and grieve three in the average of 26 to 29 years, the one who is considered like the best stage of a professional footballer.
Thus, the Barça 23/24 bet by a mix of youth and experience to try win it all this season. Robert Lewandowski (35) is the most experienced of a staff that also has Ter Stegen, Sergi Roberto and Oriol Romeu (31), in addition to Marcos Alonso and Ílkay Gündogan (32) between the 'veteran'. Of the players that still have not debuted, only Iñigo Martínez (32) appears in this group.
The next reinforcements will not affect the 'half age' culé
Between the more youngsters, Xavi has given shooting to Lamine Yamal (16), Gavi and Balde (19), Ansu, Pedri and Fermín López (20) and Ez Abde (21). To them they add Eric García (22), Ferran Torres (23), Ronald Araújo and Jules Koundé (24), footballers that still have not reached the maturity futbolística in spite of accumulating already a remarkable shooting. Between the players 'mature' of the Barça are Raphinha and Frenkie of Jong (26), as well as Andreas Christensen (27).
It does some seasons, the Barça and the 'big' of Europe prioritised to add players in this average of age (25-29). Now, the terms reduce to give the jump to the elite and already is common to see to youngsters of the juvenile settled in the first team, as sucede now with Lamine and does a pair of years with Ansu, Pedri and Gavi. In this sense, the market culé will not affect the rejuvenation of the staff, as the next reinforcements (Joao Cancel and Joao Félix) are between the Barcelona average. The defender of the City has 29 and the still player 'colchonero' will fulfil 24 in November.
Xavi will not do without the experience this season
Further of the leadership that have won the youngsters, Xavi is not, neither much less, thinking in doing without his veterans to struggle by all this season. In front of the Villarreal, six players of the XI surpassed the 30 years (Ter Stegen, Sergi, Alonso, Romeu, Gündo and 'Lewy'), a list that can expand when Iñigo was 'ok' to play. The Barça needs to have all to plenary for lidiar with the demanding European calendar and the 'veteran' will keep on being important in the diagram of the egarense, mainly in LaLiga, where the regularity does the difference.
