The azulgrana team averages 3.1 goals per match, one more for each official appearance compared to the 2.07 goals averaged in the 23-24 season with Xavi Hernández on the bench. The record is still held by Pep Guardiola's team in the 2011-12 season, with 190 goals (2.9 per match), but this overwhelming machine created by Hansi Flick is on track to reach this mark that seemed distant.

The FC Barcelona has played 40 official matches during the 2024-25 season, with a record of 29 wins, 5 draws, and 6 losses, scoring 124 goals and conceding 45. The Catalans are currently first in LaLiga, while in the Champions League they will face Benfica in the round of 16 after finishing second in the group stage with 19 points, two less than the leader Liverpool (21).
