Barça arrive in a state of grace after being crowned champions of the Spanish Super Cup in an overwhelming manner. The culés will seek the morale boost they got after the thrashing of Real Madrid to achieve a victory against an always difficult Betis and seal their qualification to the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey for the third consecutive season.

To do so, the German coach will put on the field the best he has at his disposal and not many rotations are expected taking into account the difficulty of the rival. In that sense, Dani Olmo could return to the starting eleven and take Gavi's place in the midfield, with Iñaki Peña returning to the culé goal due to Szczesny's suspension. In addition, Ronald Araujo is aiming for the centre of defence after the injury of Iñigo Martínez, while the rest of the XI would be made up of the Super Cup champions.
