FC Barcelona women, Spain's most prominent team on the international stage, continue to establish themselves as one of the powerhouses in the UEFA Women's Champions League. The Blaugrana are currently seeking to win their fourth trophy in Europe's top competition, after having lifted the title last season (2023/2024) by beating Lyon 2-0 in the final at San Mamés.
Barça's Champions League titles
Barça's women's team has won the Champions League three times so far. Their first victory came in the 2020/2021 edition, when they defeated Chelsea 0-4 in the final. Before this triumph, they had played their first final in 2018/2019, where they were beaten by Lyon with a score of 4-1.
In the 2021/2022 season, Barça reached the final again, but Lyon again stood in their way to the title. However, in 2022/2023 they managed to make amends by beating Wolfsburg 3-2 in a thrilling decider. Finally, in the last campaign (2023/2024), the Blaugranas faced Lyon again in the final, with a 2-0 victory at San Mamés.
