Getafe vs FC Barcelona: Confirmed lineups for the 2024/25 LaLiga match

OFFICIAL: The starting line-ups for Hansi Flick's FC Barcelona and José Bordalás' Getafe have now been confirmed for the match on Matchday 20 of LaLiga 2024-2025.

Robert Lewandowski, Gavi and Marc Casadó return to the starting eleven after being defeated against Betis in the Copa del Rey. Dani Olmo will wait for his chance from the bench, while Andreas Christensen could see minutes for the first time in five months after recovering from his injury. Iñaki Peña remains the chosen one to protect the Barça goal.

Barça return to LaLiga in a state of grace after starting 2025 with four consecutive victories. The Catalans will be looking for the morale boost they got after the thrashing of Betis in the Copa del Rey to achieve a key victory in a stadium and against an always difficult rival such as the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez and Getafe, with the aim of adding three points that will allow them to close the gap with Atleti in the league table.

To do so, Flick has decided to put the best of what he has available on the pitch. After resting at the Benito Villamarín, Robert Lewandowski will return to the front line in place of Dani Olmo, while Gavi is chosen to accompany Pedri and Casadó in midfield. For his part, Ronald Araujo will continue to complement Pau Cubarsí in the centre of defence. Ter Stegen, Iñigo Martínez and Marc Bernal are out due to injury and Ansu Fati is out due to technical decision.
