Hansi Flick confirms when Lamine Yamal will return to the Barça first team

After the brutal thrashing of FC Barcelona against Barbastro (0-4), a beaming Hansi Flick spoke to the media at a press conference. With a smile from ear to ear, the German shared his feelings about the match and the standout individual performances of the team, in addition to revealing the date when he hopes to have Lamine Yamal back under his orders.

"Today's victory is important. We had to start the year like this, given where we are coming from. We were very good defensively. We gave no opportunities to our rivals," the Barça coach began to say about the team's first win in 2025.

The registrations of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor

The blaugrana victory came amid the 'chaos' over the registrations of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor. In this regard, Flick stated that "we have to be professionals and accept the situation of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor. I try not to let it affect the team's performance."

"Everyone (in the locker room) wants Olmo and Víctor to be with us, but we were focused on the match against Barbastro, we can't do anything about it. We have to accept it, be professionals, and work on the field," he added.
