Lewandowski in legend mode: on track to match his best year in 24/25

The 2024/25 season has once again showcased Robert Lewandowski's best version in terms of goal production. The '9' of FC Barcelona has scored 33 goals in 36 matches (2,812 minutes), averaging 0.91 goals per game and a goal every 85 minutes. The Polish striker has only failed to score in 13 of the 36 matches he has played this season and continues in legend mode, on track to match his best season in European elite.

In the 2019/20 season, under coach Hansi Flick, 'Lewy' scored 55 goals and provided 10 assists in 47 matches with a Bayern Munich team that won the treble that season. Currently, projections indicate a total of 49 goals for the 36-year-old forward, provided he plays all the minutes in the 16 matches that, in principle, remain for Barça, not counting a hypothetical cup final and the quarterfinals and semifinals of the Champions League.
