OFFICIAL! FC Barcelona confirms Dani Olmo's injury and time out

Bad news for FC Barcelona. The Catalan team saw yesterday how they had to substitute Dani Olmo during the match against Girona (1-4) due to an unspecified physical discomfort, initially thought to be minor (a 'pinch' in the right thigh), with an estimated absence of between seven and ten days, it has now been confirmed that this physical setback is more serious than expected.

The Barcelona team, after undergoing relevant tests this morning by the club's medical services at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, has released a statement on their social media confirming that the Terrassa-born player is suffering from a hamstring injury in his right leg. Consequently, according to the statement issued by the Barcelona team, it is expected that his recovery time will be between four and five weeks.

Which matches will Dani Olmo miss?

As a result, the player from Terrassa, who was in great form with three goals in three matches, will likely miss approximately a month and a bit more of action.
