In addition, Barça resolved one of the 'soap operas' of the previous contract, related to the rights of Barça Licensing and Merchandising (BLM). This is the Barça division in charge of manufacturing all official Culers clothing and items and Nike claimed a percentage of its exploitation rights.

However, the club made sure to retain 100% of the retail rights managed exclusively by BLM, a key aspect for the institution's finances. In the 2022/23 season, this division generated 101.9 million euros, being the fourth source of culés' income. In 2023, revenue increased by around €120M.
