OK to Dani Olmo's registration: FC Barcelona will obtain the precautionary measure in 15 days

Barça requested this Tuesday at the Superior Sports Council (CSD) the registrations of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor. The legal services of the CSD are analyzing the appeal presented by the azulgrana club, in the form of a precautionary measure. However, despite the favorable report from the Spanish Federation, all indications are that they will ultimately be able to finalize the registration of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor and will obtain precautionary measures, not precautionary measures of urgency.

The argument that has changed everything is that the Spanish Football Federation itself considers an article obsolete that it will eliminate in the next assembly in June. This is article 130.2 of the general regulations of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), which stipulates that a player can only be registered with one team of a club “without the possibility of being deregistered and registered again by the same club during the same season”.
