Joan Laporta stood out the consolidation of young talents of The Farm in the first team of the Barça, establishing a solid base for the future. The club has ensured the continuity of several promises until 2029
Joan Laporta, forceful in front of the senators of the FC Barcelona, stood out something indisputable. Although the Barça finished a disappointing season without titles, in these last times has attained to establish a solid base for the future with the canteranos, especially to half term, that generates illusion and expectations.
"Focus us in the positive. This season have seen the consolidation of young players formed in The Farm, that now are firmly in the first team. They come from of The Farm, that is our sportive philosophy", affirmed the president of the Barcelona club. The club has a structural plan that follows with the talents of his quarry. Up to now, it has ensured the continuity of Pau Cubarsí, Lamine Yamal, Marc Bernal and Héctor Fort until 2029.
Lamine And Pau have had a significant impact in the first team to his short age, something rare in the current football. These youngsters understand the philosophy of the club and have been prepared meticulously in The Farm. Although the ideal is not to give the so prompt jump, these are exceptional cases. Héctor Fort also has advanced prematurely, although of way more gradual. The side will integrate to the first team with Flick and his future in the Barça is ensured.
The Barça, attentive with the ones of the filial
We remember that Marc Bernal, one of the promises of The Masia, has arrived to an agreement to extend his agreement with the FC Barcelona. His current agreement finalises on 30 June 2026, with a clause of rescission of 20 million euros for 'armour' to the player. Although the agreement is practically enclosed, only is missing the signature. The new agreement will keep to Bernal until 2026, with the commitment of the club to extend it by two or three additional seasons.
Because of the current economic situation, the Barça has centred in ensuring to his young promises. Up to now, four players already have renewed (Fermín renewed does months, but works in improving and expand his agreement, to the equal that with Balde). The next will be Marc Casadó, the one who will have a place in the first team and has the support of Flick and Laporta. Also it works in the renewal of Marc Guiu, a pure forward that has stood out to his 17 years, and Unai Hernández, the one who could seal his renewal after the play offs of the Barça Atlètic.
