Barça's final 'summit' with Nike to resolve the culé shirt mess

The directive of the FC Barcelona will take a final decision on his T-shirt for the next season in a time limit of two weeks. As it advances 'SPORT', the club expects by a last 'summit' with representatives of Nike in search of a new offer that satisfy the interests culés or, in his defect, by the friendly split of a valid agreement until 2028 that, in case to terminate immediately, could give start to a complex legal battle between the parts.

And it is that, in accordance with the vículo signed in 2018, the Barça can put end to the agreement with an announcement anticipated of 2 years. With this, the club would remain in freedom to negotiate with any another marks to beginnings of the year 2026, without fear to some penalidad judicial. By the contrary, if the managerial wants to put end to the agreement immediately, has to credit the recurrent income by the four remaining years of agreement.

The Barça is not optimistic of face to the future with Nike

Considering the demands that the club has formulated against the American multinational by several agreements broken (like the sale of replies), the Barcelona directive is not optimistic of face to the 'summit' with Nike. At least no regarding a better offer. The Barça pretends ingresar at least 200 million net euros by season of his main sponsor from the summer, a figure that approximates to the last offer made by Cougar.

What himself is sure is that Nike already would have lists the equipaciones culés for the next season, a special clothing to commemorate the 125 anniversary of the institution. The mark of the pipe has dressed to the FC Barcelona from 1998 and, in principle, the parts would be had to arrive to a friendly solution, understanding that a legal battle can be very long and with results little satisfactory. The meeting has to produce, as 'SPORT', in a time limit of 15 days.
