If there is a world that is definitely quite ungrateful to the professionals who coexist in it, that is the world of football. Why? Today, several dissenting voices are beginning to question the role of Robert Lewandowski at FC Barcelona. Why? All because the 36-year-old Warsaw 'killer' has gone two consecutive matches (Dortmund and Leganés) without showing his scoring worth.

Curiously, many voices have started to express some discomfort regarding Robert's role in Barcelona, especially after evaluating his performance against CD Leganés, where he failed to convert some crucial scoring chances in the Blaugrana's defeat (0-1). In fact, on 'El Chiringuito,' an exaggerated claim was made stating that "the Culé coaching staff is not happy with Lewandowski," supposedly because the forward does not press enough.

Now, it is surprising that a striker who currently has scored 23 goals and provided two assists is being notably criticized, showing to be a true leader in the Culé offense. Could it be that there is some exaggeration? Doesn't a goal scorer deserve a little 'break' in terms of scoring goals? Where do all these criticisms come from? How much could Lewandowski's football have changed in just a few matches? It's something to think about, especially when there are several Blaugrana assets also going through a tough time.
