The Audience of Barcelona denies that there is crime of bleaching in the 'case Negreira'

The Audience of Barcelona has given him the reason this Thursday to the resources presented by Enríquez Negreira and by the FC Barcelona on the supposed crime of bleaching of capitals. The judge instructor of the case, Joaquín Aguirre, saw indications that the exvicepresidente of the CTA there was 'washed' the money that paid him the Barça during several years. However, the new judges ensure that there are not reasons of weight that justify this crime of bleaching.

The Audience has other two pending resolutions

Now, it is missing to see what decide from the Court of the City Condal on the imputación of Joan Laporta, decided by the judge Aguirre and resorted by the Fiscalía, and also on the investigation of the crime of cohecho, in place of sportive corruption, that is what sees the Fiscalía, when considering that Negreira is not a civil servant of the Spanish state. These decisions will arrive very soon and especula with that it could have a resolution in the weeks to come.
