The Barça conquers the Glass of the King with a genial Messi

Competing, struggling, having patience. Without verticality, but with Leo Messi. The last party of Luis Enrique with the FC Barcelona was the best summary of his stage in the Barcelona club -of his last year, especially-. A team with harp and commitment that needed of the Argentinian star for desencallar a party that was being coarse by the férrea defence of the Alavés. 

But the '10' Barcelona, when it was able of zafarse of his defenders -visibly tired after a titanic effort- without being placado, dinamitó the meeting. First with a fogonazo from the frontal of the area marks of the house. The goal that possibly more has repeated in his career. With a wall of book with Neymar, Messi put it planted to the right stick of the goal of Pacheco, that little could do. Afterwards, after the tie of Theo, gave to André Gomes a pass that the luso centred so that Neymar marked to empty goal. And it closed the first-half with an eslalon from the left, leaving backwards to four defenders, to draw a pass of fantasy that Alcácer no desaprovecharía. 

The exhibition of Messi, a more for his interminable list of historical nights, served to go down the curtain of Vicente Calderón, possibly his second favourite stadium after the Camp Nou.

Half hour without opportunities, fifteen minutes of madness

The final had all the usual ingredients: tension, nerves, respect. The Barça assumed the possession from the minute one, with an Alavés closed backwards, expecting any error culé to go out to the counterattack. And to the ones of Pellegrino did not go them badly. With a hiperactivo Llorente and a Clos permisivo, the blanquiazules had his chances. In fact, it went Ibai Gómez the first in shooting to goal. And Messi said suffices. The Argentinian signed, perhaps, ones of the best 15 minutes of his career. It marked "only" a goal, but gave the others two and cleared a final. Three played, three genialidades and a title. A platitudinous summary, but quite ecuánime with the occurred. Because after the tie of Theo, with a lacking soberbia that coló by the right square of Cillessen, 

The second half did not have history

Pellegrino did not change of strategy. It opted by the conservatism to avoid a goleada. His boys, that did an encomiable work, were knocked down to changing rooms with a 3-1 against to the rest. With a reasonable strategy... And three goals fit. The difference to have to a player determinant or no. Because the Basques had the one of Ibai, but the luck did not accompany them. And in the second half hardly approached to the goal of Cillessen -himself to the area, although without finalising the played-.

The Barça had ten minutes of lucidity, but neither Alcácer neither Iniesta hit in his shots, and little by little was going down the piston, especially mentally, when seeing more near of the title. The last minutes were a correcalles of the Alavés like protagonist, with more heart that head. The Barça did not pay it expensive and achieved another Glass of the King more. The 29ª of his history. The ninth title of Luis Enrique.
