The Barça loads against the TAD after the resolution on Neymar

Far to remain quiet after the said by the president of the Administrative Court of the Sport, the FC Barcelona has sent a communiqué in which it leaves clear that still expects the resolution of the organism on the sanction of Neymar. The Barcelona, that explain his vision of the things and do not leave in good place to the president of the TAD, also confirm that they are expecting of a suspension cautelar of the sanction of "Ney" so that it can play the Classical in front of the Real Madrid.

"In relation with the writing of the president of the Administrative Court of the Sport (TAD) received this afternoon, the FC Barcelona wants to communicate that:

1. In effect, the FC Barcelona interposed to the 16.08 hours of yesterday in front of the TAD the corresponding resource to the resolution dictated by the Committee of Appeal of the RFEF referred to the sanction of our player Neymar Jr.

2. The FC Barcelona expresses His surprise because the president of the TAD affirms in his writing that this organism had not been able to resolve the resource attending that "it was public and notorious" that the TAD already had finalised the meeting, taking into account that the Club presented the resource inside the terms established in the corresponding regulatory norms. Besides, the TAD never notified to the Club the schedule fixed for his meeting.

3. Also it surprises that the president of the TAD say in his writing that to resolve needs the report of the Committee of Appeal, when, in fact, yesterday the TAD did not have of this report in the moment to celebrate his meeting.

4. The FC Barcelona also wants to puntualizar that, in spite of what the president of the TAD self-evident in his writing, the Club requests to the TAD that dictate a resolution and that, in case that this confirm the sanction of the player, award, subsidiariamente, his suspension cautelar.

5. It is not true that the FC Barcelona has asked opinion on the availability of the player for the dispute of the party. What asked to the TAD is the estimate of the resource and, in consequence, the statement of the availability of the player to be ranged.

6. Also it results surprising that the president of the TAD, doing without all the formalities procedimentales foreseen in the norms, allow give an opinion on the suitability to decree or no a measure cautelar.

By all this, the FC continuous Barcelona expecting the resolution of the TAD to the resource presented, giving per done that the president of this organ jurisdiccional will not participate in the deliberation by not biasing the resolution with his already expressed opinions publicly".
