The Barça will invest 122 millions in the new Camp Nou

The "Daily Expansion" publishes this Friday in his web page an extensive and interesting report in which they detail some economic data on the nueevo Camp Nou and all the "Espai Barça". All this after this Wednesday confirmed "Catalonia Ràdio" that there was agreement with the City council.

The initiative known this Thursday will suppose for the FC Barcelona invest 122,37 million euros, especially in the following fields: subterranean parking (65,56 millions), works of urbanisation in public floor (27,88 millions) and urbanisation of a private plot (13,83 millions).

The consistory will receive of the Catalan club 5,4 millions by the aprovechamiento urbanístico of the new uses of offices and planned hotels in the planing. The terrain affected has a surface of 286.350 squared of private floor and public.

The private terrain, that includes, between other things, the Camp Nou, will reduce of 197.849 square metres to 183.922 square metres. The public part will grow of the 88.501 square metres current to the 102.428 square metres, as it proposes the consistory led by Ada Colau.

In what consists the Espai Barça?

• Construction of the New Camp Nou.
• Construction of the new Palau in the location of the current Miniestadi
• Transfer of the Miniestadi to the Stadium Johan Cruyff, situated in the Sportive City Joan Gamper, with capacity for 6.000 viewers.
• Complementary development of activities of the Club in the current location of the Palau.
• Including offices, FCBotiga, Tour Experience, gastronomic offer, Espai Barça).
• Improvements of accessibility and parking.
• Integration of the Campus in the neighbourhood of Them Corts.
• Creation of open zones and public steps that integrate the activity of the Club in the city.
• Application of the best practical in matter of energetic efficiency and environmental sustainability.
