The ex president of the FC Barcelona, Josep Maria Bartomeu, and his ancient right hand, Jaume Masferrer, have been exonerated of the querella that had been presented by Jaume Roures by insults, in a parallel cause to the known 'Barçagate'. According to the second instance issued by the Judged number 4 of Barcelona, the judge has given the reason to Bartomeu and Masferrer, declaring "prescribed the crime that motivated the training of this cause".

The querella by insults and slanders already was filed by the judge, the one who did not see crimes in the complaint of Roures. We remember that the Catalan employer had felt difamado by publications in the social networks, by what resorted and accepted him the resource, but only by insults. Now, the judge has filed the case definitively by reasons of prescription.This cause is separated of the 'Barçagate', in which it investigates the disloyal administration and/or corruption between individuals by part of Bartomeu and Masferrer, among others.

The facts reported by Roures have prescribed

The magistrate has considered that the facts reported by Roures have prescribed, filing like this a cause that already had been filed previously by the Court of Instruction number 13. Besides, the judge that instructs the case 'Barçagate' there was dictaminado that the facts investigated did not constitute a crime and left clear that there are not indications that Bartomeu and Masferrer hired to I3 Ventures to erode the figure of Roures.

Jaume Roures accused to Bartomeu and Masferrer to create, through I3 Ventures, accounts in social networks to attack it, spreading indictments of "fiscal escape", "receive to ETA members" and pay "20 millions to brake an investigation by bribe in the case Fifagate". With this archive, the ex president blaugrana and his pair Masferrer, remain exonerated of these indictments in the querella by insults.
