The measure cautelar by part of the Central Court of the Contentious Official of Madrid that has benefited to Robert Lewandowski when raising him the sanction of three parties after the facts occurred in the meeting in front of Osasuna has woken up again the controversy on the intervention of the ordinary justice in front of a sanction netamente of sportive character. This case would cause a reform in the rule of the Federation, that from now on would not impose the closing of stadiums like possible sanction, but these would be netamente of economic character. Later, the Barcelona only had to disburse the 4.000 corresponding euros to the measure dictated by the Committee of Competition, seating besides a precedent in the development of this type of actions.
