The FC Barcelona has taken advantage of Wednesday morning to make a couple of gestures with the aim of expressing solidarity with the victims of torrential rains in the affected regions of Valencia, as well as in areas of Albacete and Andalucía. On this occasion, the blaugrana team has used various communication platforms to send a message of support to those affected by this storm that has already resulted in several fatalities.
"From FC Barcelona, we want to express our condolences to the families of the victims and our solidarity with the affected regions of Valencia and areas of Albacete and Andalucía due to the episode of torrential rains," reads the brief but heartfelt statement issued through the social media channels of Barça.

FC Barcelona observed a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the storm
In addition to this, during the training session held this Wednesday at the Ciudad Deportiva Joan Gamper, as part of the preparation for the match against Espanyol on Sunday, November 3, Barcelona took the opportunity to observe, before the start of the session, a minute of silence in memory of the victims. The players and coaching staff gathered at the center circle of the training field to pay a small tribute before beginning their training.
