Fermín arrived at La Masia in 2016 at just 13 years old with the goal of succeeding in the blue and garnet team. Eight years later, he has become one of the great stars of the first team with a career full of successes.
After his brilliant performance at the Paris Olympic Games, gold medal, top scorer for La Roja with 6 goals, and 'MVP' of the tournament, FC Barcelona decided to reward him with a pay raise and a new contract until June 2029. A clear show of confidence in the Andalusian, who has earned the right to firmly establish himself as one of the most important players of Barça in the present and future.
