The new law of the Sport deletes the guarantee of 15% to access to the presidency of the Barça

This Friday 17 December was approved the new law of the Sport that deletes the guarantee of 15% to access to the presidency of the FC Barcelona. "The guarantees remain in hands of the clubs and are they those that will decide of what better way guarantee his interests. Each one will decide his solvency and good do economic", detailed the minister of Culture and Sport, Miquel Iceta.

In concrete, Iceta confirmed the disappearance of the obligation that the clubs are sportive anonymous societies to participate in professional competitions and the one of the banking guarantee of 15% of the budget of cost, a measure that involves directly to the FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF, Athletic Club of Bilbao and to the Osasuna, the only of First that are not SAD.

It stood out that with this measure has followed the line of the PNB and the approach of the club Amorebieta. "The Government treats to give juridical security to the sportive practice, beginning for recognising the right to the physical activity and the sport and that the public powers guarantee the free practical without discrimination and in conditions of security", said.

A law for all

It aimed that for the preparation of the law already had of a lot of work done, with the text approved by the Government in February of 2019 during the stage of José Guirao in the ministry that did not arrive to transact, and that has recaído in the CSD with contributions of the ministries, 16, the autonomous communities, the federations and those who have acted in the formality of public audience

Finally, it highlighted that "one of the axes is the equality, the no discrimination" of the community LGTBI and the people with disability and that the text treats "to collect the diversity of the sportive practice and also the distinct types of sportsmen".
