The Committee's deadlines to decide if Barça is out of the Copa de la Reina

From the Barça have warned to have not been notified by part of the Real Spanish Federation of Football regarding the case of Geyse Ferreira. Now, everything will remain in hands of the Committee of Competition waiting for a result.

In his moment, like this has pronounced Osasuna on the case: "The Foundation Osasuna Feminine will resort the corresponding meeting to the eighth of final of the Glass of the Queen in front of the Football Club Barcelona by the undue alignment of the footballer Geyse Ferreira. The managerial board of the entity has adopted the decision after the dispute of the meeting motivated by the respect that deserve his players and fans in front of the evident infringement of the Regulation, recognising to his time from the maximum sportsmanship and respect to the institution blaugrana his superiority on the terrain of game".

What establishes the RFEF?

For this type of cases, the Disciplinary Code in his article 113 stipulates that this type of measures solves with the suspension of the player in question of face to the next parties of the same tournament: "The suspension by parties that was consequence of the commission of infringements of slight character, will involve the prohibition to range in the parties of the same competition in that said infringement was committed".
