OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM FC BARCELONA
The blaugrana club, through a official statement issued on Tuesday, December 31 at 8:30 PM, acknowledged that it had requested a new license for players Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor. In the same statement, FC Barcelona denied having requested or received any moratorium from any organization to be able to register the two footballers.

OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE FROM LA LIGA
The club association reacted by issuing an official statement explaining that, after receiving and analyzing the documentation submitted by Barça, the regulations did not allow for the registration of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor beyond December 31. Additionally, to put the matter to rest and not raise hopes, La Liga decided to remove the profiles of the two players from the official FC Barcelona squad on its website.
“LALIGA informs that, as of today, December 31, FC Barcelona has not presented an alternative that, in compliance with LALIGA's economic control regulations, allows it to register any player starting January 2.”
OFFICIAL POSITION OF THE RFEF
The Royal Spanish Football Federation, for its part, communicated that it could not process a new license for either of the two FC Barcelona players without the approval of La Liga, something that has not occurred to date.
