Barça has a very tough final month of 24-25 ahead. The team can win the treble, but first they will have to deal with 10 crazy matches. Find out everything!
Hansi Flick's FC Barcelona continues to take firm steps towards the treble this 2025. On Saturday, the Blaugrana team came back from an incredible match against Celta (4-3) to get closer to the League championship, with six matchdays to go.
For the moment, Barça is the leader with 73 points, 7 more than Real Madrid (66) and 10 ahead of Atlético de Madrid (63). In addition to the six La Liga matchdays (three at home, three away), the 'Culés' have three other matches ahead in the next four weeks.
Barça's matches in the final stretch of the season
These are the Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid and the two Champions League semi-final matches against Inter Milan. Before the Copa final, Barça will host Mallorca for matchday 33 of LaLiga.
In the middle of the European tie against Inter, it is also time to visit Valladolid. Right after the return leg of the Champions League 'semis', the Liga Clásico will come, at Montjuïc against Real Madrid.
Finally, Barcelona will visit Espanyol before closing the league season against Villarreal (home) and Athletic (away). This translates into 9 matches in a span of 33 consecutive days where the 'Culés' will almost always play with 72 hours (or less) of rest.
To this calendar could be added the Champions League final, on Saturday, May 31 in Munich. This, as long as the 'Culés' overcome Inter Milan in the semi-finals. Facing them would be Paris Saint-Germain or Arsenal.

Barça's next rivals: challenges and advantages

In principle, Barça has four matches left at home (three in La Liga and one in the Champions League) and the same number away. To this must be added the Copa final, which will be played at La Cartuja with 'Culés' and 'Merengues' fans.
At Montjuïc, Barça must host Mallorca, Real Madrid and Villarreal in La Liga, with the Balearic team (7th), in principle, the most affordable of the three. The 'Culés' applied a 'manita' to Mallorca and Villarreal in the first round (1-5), while the Liga Clásico at the Bernabéu also ended in a rout (0-4).
In the Champions League, Inter, without a doubt, will be a rival to watch out for. The Italians only fell to Bayer Leverkusen (1-0) as visitors in the league phase, while in the round of 16 and quarter-finals they managed to defeat Feyenoord (0-2) and Bayern Munich (1-2).
Similarly, the 'Nerazzurri' remain undefeated at home in the tournament, with 5 wins and 1 draw. This will be the most complicated visit for Barça from now until the end of the season, although the last matchday of La Liga against Athletic will not be easy either.
The advantage for the 'Culés' is that, if they win the Clásico on matchday 35, they will probably arrive at San Mamés with the title secured. Valladolid and Espanyol will be the other two rivals that will receive Barcelona in May, two rivals, in addition, from the bottom of the table.
