The delay in the elections of the Barça gave the possibility to the candidates to give more details on his proposals. In addition to the possible renewal of Messi, the finances and the sponsorships have been important part in the diary of each applicant
The electoral campaign for the new managerial board of the FC Barcelona already has finalised. From today, it is not allowed any act of promotion of some candidature. The postponement of the elections fixed for 24 February allowed to each candidate deepen more in his proposals.
One of the most important commonplaces during the campaign was linked to the continuity of Lionel Messi in the Barça. In such sense, each applicant hinted on the possible actions to take to ensure his permanence by means of the presentation of an important proposal of renewal.
Joan Laporta ensured that it is his candidature the one who has greater options to do change of opinion to the Argentinian star, after making public his decision to abandon to the club during the past summer. Besides, they accompany it several faces known like the ones of Víctor Valdés, Alexanko, Mateo Alemany or Sergi Barjuan.
No alone Messi: there will be signings?
Toni Freixa has had to go further of what has offered Laporta, knowing that the ex-president has bet by an evolution of his previous cycle in the club, what a priori luce like a reliable decision. Thus, it has left to fall some names of the figures that could land in Barcelona in case to triumph.
Two of the big players of the moment, Kylian Mbappé and Erling Haaland, appear between the possibilities of signings mentioned by Freixa. In the case of Víctor Font, the proposals have been a so much more realistic, taking into account the finances of the institution. In principle it tried to approach to Xavi or Jordi Cruyff, but did not obtain answer.
Regarding the economic section, Laporta has proposed the broadcast of bonos of debt, something that has the rejection of the others two applicants, that besides consider unavoidable the cut salarial. The ex-president of the Barça also explains in his diary with an important number of sponsors, mientra that Freixa has announced recently a previous agreement with a mark that will allow to the Barça play without advertising in the Camp Nou.
