Barça's 'KO' in the Copa del Rey and its possible 'consequences'
In our most recent YouTube video, at FCBN we review everything that the recent elimination of FC Barcelona from the Copa del Rey has left, in the hands of Ernesto Valverde's Athletic Club
The FC Barcelona fell in quarter-finals of the Glass of Rey, with a conclusive marker of 4-2 in favour of an Athletic Club that 'derrumbó' to the Barcelona from the second half and that in the extention was very upper. The brothers Williams left 'KO' to the ones of Xavi Hernández, that have lost a new title in this season 2023/2024, the second in less than two weeks explaining the Supercopa of Spain, in hands of the Real Madrid (4-1).
In spite of that from the club are optimistic and trust that it will be able to compete to win the two titles that remain at stake (LaLiga and Champions League), the feelings that there is inside the barcelonismo are not so favourable. It would need of a version of the Barça that, for the moment, is to years light in spite of the green shoots of several players (Lamine Yamal, Pau Cubarsí and Héctor Fort).
