The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) confirmed this Saturday Aitana Bonmatí's muscle injury during training with the National Team. The FC Barcelona midfielder returned to Catalonia and her place will be taken by Bruna Vilamala
Aitana Bonmatí returned this Saturday to Barcelona with an injury in his right thigh. The Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF) confirmed the drop of the midfield player culé in a previous training to the party of the Selection in front of Denmark, corresponding to the eliminatory for the Eurocopa and could say goodbye to the season a pair of weeks before the planned.
"After the pertinent medical explorations made in Denmark, the player Aitana Bonmatí suffers an injury in the muscle aductor of his right leg by what his presence in the party that the Selection contests next Tuesday in Tenerife is not viable", explains the official medical part published by the RFEF. The best player of the world had arrived with annoyances to the concentration after the final of Champions with the Barça.

Aitana could rest in the next two days of League with the Barça
Considering that the Barça only has two parties of pending League for contesting (Betis and Valencia), is very likely that Aitana do not play more with the culés until the beginning of the 2024/25. The Barcelona group won all the possible titles (League, Glass, Supercopa and Champions) and the two remaining days of League are an authentic formality, since verdiblancas and valencianistas already ensured his permanence in First.
In this sense, Bonmatí will take advantage of the next weeks to rest and relieve the ailment in his right leg, with the mind put in returning to the Selection in July.
