On Saturday 19 October, the board of directors of FC Barcelona will present to the Assembly of Delegates a budget of 893 million euros for the current season, which would come with an expected profit of five million euros.

In fact, in the commercial area there is a forecast of 446 million euros, a figure that greatly exceeds the 374 million that were earned last year and which represents a surplus of 72 million. This increase would be due to several factors, such as the forecast of more income from BLM due to the return to Spotify Camp Nou, although most of this money would enter the coffers thanks to the new contract with Nike.

Barça's forecast with Nike

The board of directors hopes to close the renewal agreement with the North American multinational before the end of the year. Although negotiations are not yet closed, both parties are moving forward with the deal and take for granted a 10-year pact that would allow Barça to earn more than one hundred million euros per year between fixed and variable, in addition to a renewal bonus that would also exceed one hundred million euros.

Thus, the Catalan club 'confirms' the extension of the link with the 'Swoosh' brand by including in the budget for this financial year 2024-25 the proportional part of the contractual improvement of this season, as well as the proportional part of the renewal bonus.
