LaLiga has yet to approve the culé finances, partly due to the pressure from two clubs that insist on blocking the registration of the only 'top' reinforcement for Barça in the past summer market. Atlético de Madrid and Sevilla question the culé movements to adjust their salary mass, with the Seville club applying the most pressure on the governing body to monitor Barcelona's finances.
