Lamine Yamal's father seriously stabbed in a car park in Mataró

The father of FC Barcelona player Lamine Yamal was stabbed this evening in a car park in Mataró, according to La Vanguardia. He has been transferred to the Can Ruti Hospital in Badalona and his prognosis is currently serious.

The Mossos d'Esquadra investigation unit in Mataró has taken charge of the case and, in collaboration with the local municipal police, they have been able to locate several witnesses to the incident. La Vanguardia explains that the police are working on the case, but it is still too early to determine what happened.
