FC Barcelona added a new victory in the Classic against Real Madrid, the seventeenth in the same number of games played, this Saturday in Valdebebas (0-4). Pere Romeu's men did not give the 'merengues' any chance of surprise and put them on track for victory with a double from Patri Guijarro in the 4th and 22nd minutes to maintain the perfect pace in League F.

The opening of the scoring came after a corner served by Graham from the left. Alexia combed the ball and Patri took the opportunity to finish at will against a totally surprised white defense. The Barça pivot widened the lead 18 minutes later, this time taking advantage of a rebound from Misa after a powerful shot from Aitana to cross the ball from below, beating the Madrid goalkeeper.

Claudia Pina finished the game before the break

Before Guijarro's second, Ewa Pajor had wasted three very clear chances to score. At the end of the first half, the one who was correct in the definition was Claudia Pina. The Catalan attacker took advantage of a good overflow from Graham on the right to finish the center served by the Norwegian soccer player first.

Thus, in 40 minutes, Barça closed a match that they could have easily won at half-time by a much greater advantage. The culés took the field unchanged after the break. At match time, Pere Romeu put Keira Walsh on for Claudia Pina, while Madrid had a timid reaction after Linda Caicedo came on. However, the Barça players managed the advantage smoothly.

Alexia closed the rout at the end

On the contrary, it was the culés who continued to hurt the 'merengue' team. In the 86th minute, 'Kika' Nazareth, who had entered ten minutes earlier for Pajor, assisted Alexia Putellas, who received the Portuguese pass from the left and ended up showering Misa with a perfect Vaseline.

With the victory in the Classic, Barça has 30 points after 10 games played. Madrid was eight with 22 points, the result of 7 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss. In the history between culés and 'merengues', the gap widened to 17 Barça victories, with a devastating balance of 67 goals for and just 7 against.
