Calendar of FC Barcelona

Hansi Flick's FC Barcelona is a true offensive machine. On Saturday, the Blaugrana team stormed the Santiago Bernabéu with their fifth consecutive win, the eighth of the season between the League and the Champions League. Against Real Madrid (0-4), the culés unleashed the power of their attacking trident in the second half, crushing a 'merengue' team that was outmatched in all its lines.

Barça's streak of victories began, precisely, after the only loss so far in LaLiga, the 4-2 against Osasuna in Pamplona. The Catalans recovered from the loss in El Sadar with a 'little hand' against Young Boys (5-0) in the Champions League and, from then on, the team has been in roller mode against rivals, mostly of weight.

Before the October break we had to visit Vitoria, a place that is always difficult for all teams in LaLiga. The culés came out inspired by Mendizorroza and, with a hat-trick from Robert Lewandowski, they finished the duel in just 32 minutes (0-3). After the FIFA date, the team returned plugged in, hungry for glory ahead of a key week for the rest of the season.

Barça's eight goals this season

  1. FC Barcelona 7-0 Valladolid (LaLiga, matchday 4)
  2.  Girona 1-4 FC Barcelona (LaLiga, matchday 5)
  3.  Villarreal 1-5 FC Barcelona (LaLiga, matchday 6)
  4.  FC Barcelona 5-0 Young Boys (Champions League, matchday 2)
  5.  Alavés 0-3 FC Barcelona (LaLiga, matchday 9)
  6.  FC Barcelona 5-1 Sevilla (LaLiga, matchday 10)
  7.  FC Barcelona 4-1 Bayern Munich (Champions League, matchday 3)
  8.  Real Madrid 0-4 FC Barcelona (LaLiga, matchday 11)

Barça resolves its first key week of the season with authority

Barça returned to Montjuïc to face Sevilla, starting a very hard week in which they had to host Bayern Munich and visit the Santiago Bernabéu. Against Seville, Flick's team resolved with another 'little hand' (5-1), again with Lewandowski (double) as 'MVP'.

Then came the duel against the Bavarians, the Barça 'black beast' in the last decade. Barça suffered the first 20 minutes of the game, but a hat-trick from Raphinha and the same from Robert buried the ghosts in Europe against a Munich team that ended up completely outmatched in the second half, grateful for a result that could have been much worse .

And, to close a glorious week, came the beating of Madrid at the Bernabéu, with four goals in a perfect second half for the Barça team. Barça broke a streak of 42 days without losing for the 'merengue' team and repeated the result of 2022 (0-4) led by their offensive trident.

Lewandowski, Lamine and Raphinha silenced Chamartín to make Barça more of a leader in LaLiga. The distance with the whites is now 6 points and, in 11 games, there are 37 goals scored by the culé machine.
