They file complaint against the foundation of Messi by supposed swindle

The jueza of the National High Court, María Tardón, has filed the complaint presented by an individual against Leo Messi, several members of his family and his foundation by supposed crimes against the public Inland revenue, countable, swindle and bleaching of capitals.

In the failed, the jueza signals that after one "especially complex and exhaustive investigation" of two years has not found evidence that it existed a criminal performance any by part of the reported, as it has given to know the Fiscalía in his request of sobreseimiento.

Also it adds that "given the scarce reliability of the denouncer, agreed make an exhaustive investigation of the performances of the Foundation Messi in Spain".
