Jorge Alastuey had a moving farewell of the Ciutat Esportiva this Saturday. The mediocentro of 19 years left free of the FC Barcelona after fichar by the Napoli, club with which signed an agreement to play with the filial Sub-19. After six seasons in Can Barça, the one of Saragossa reached to contest 66 minutes in three parties of the UEFA Youth League this season, adding an assistance.
"After six seasons dressing of blaugrana have to say goodbye to the FC Barcelona. When I arrived to The Masia with 13 years never imagined that it would live tantísimas experiences and only moments. It has been a very happy stage that has done me grow and mature a lot of and especially has allowed me initiate my dream to be professional footballer", commented Alastuey in a communiqué shared through his social networks.
The mediocentro arrived to Catalonia in 2016 pertinent of the Saragossa and went through the different categories of The Masia, between them the Cadet To, the Juvenile B and the Juvenile To. In July of 2019 had renewed his agreement by three seasons, after turning into captain of the Cadet To. However, it was losing leadership in the last two seasons, by which the club confirmed him in June that would not renew him agreement for the 2022-23.
Further of this, Alastuey valued his go through Barcelona, where completed his professional training. First Spanish reinforcement for the Napoli Sub-19
