The Managing Commission will take the reins of the Board of Barça

The interruption of the functions of Josep María Bartomeu like president of the Barcelona and of the rest of his Managerial Board, to consequence of the big social disapproval and in the middle of a vote of censorship, will put in mark immediately the article 34.5 of the statutes of the club blaugrana, in which it affirms that, in case that the cessation of the directors "produces of simultaneous way and generalised, has to constitute a Managing Commission that substitute to the Managerial Board". In this sense, the presidency of the Managing Commission will be the one who in the moment of the resignation of the directors occupy the charge in the Economic Commission of the FC Barcelona, that is to say, will be the employer and economist Carles Tusquets.

In addition to signalling to the that will be president, the article 34.5 of the Statutes of the club signals that the Managing Commission that will carry the reins of the club is composed by a minimum seven members, that form part of the Economic Commission and Discipline of the Barcelona, and will have to conform definitively during the next two days, that is to say, the Wednesday or Thursday.

The main aim and function that will have the Managing Commission will be to establish the guidelines and dates for the next elections of the Managerial Board. As they establish the Statutes in the article 35.4, "the announcement of elections to constitute a new Managerial Board, what has to do in the term of three months since his members have taken the possession of his charges". The Barcelona will have elections to choose his new Managerial Board in the next three months. No demorarán further of finals of the month of January, when it would fulfil the term, but can advance for the present year.

The phases of the electoral process

In the article 40 of the Statutes of the FC Barcelona establish the steps to be followed to carry out the next elections. In this sense, the club establishes seven steps, in addition to the time that has to establish for the campñas electoral, day of reflection and about the day of the elections.

1. The publication of the announcement of elections and of the draw for the election of the members of the Board and Electoral Table: 5 natural days.
2. Act of constitution of the Board and of the Table Electorial: 2 natural days.
3. Exhibition of the electoral census and claims against the electoral census: 5 natural days.
4. Resolution of the claims by part of the Electoral Board and approval of the definite census: 3 natural days.
5. Presentation of proposals of candidature: 7 skillful days.
6. Proclamation of candidatures: 3 skillful days.
7. Electoral campaign: 7 days hánbiles.
8. Day of reflection: 1 natural day.
9. Day of the elections, escrutino and proclamation of players: 1 natural day.
