Robert Lewandowski has been recently wrapped in a controversy. The Pole has not had objections in expressing his opinion on how is handling the arbitration in LaLiga EA Sports, standing out the fault of appeal in the offensive game of the Spanish tournament because of the permissiveness of the referees in the terrain of game. In his own words, affirmed: "The League is not the sufficiently attractive in the game of attack. The referees are prejudicing the League. In some situations, allow too many things in defence. If I commit a fault, suddenly there is a different interpretation and a yellow card to avoid problems. It is not normal. LaLiga Does not promote the offensive game".
These conclusive statements arose after the controversial arbitrations that has suffered the FC Barcelona in the last parties of the local competition, especially in the clashes against the Getafe CF and the Cádiz. In these duels, the Barça saw affected by the physical hardness of both squares, that use the brush and the crash like his main tool, which affected the flow of the game of the Barcelona cast.
The statements of Lewandowski have not been taken with so much severity
Fortunately, for the ex of the Bayern Munich, his statements do not seem to have been the sufficiently hard as so that, at least up to now, have presented a complaint by part of the department of integrity of the RFEF. In case to present a formal indictment, this would be moved to the Committee of Competition, that would decide a possible sanction for the '9'.
It is important to stand out that the complaint could be valid, since it would protect in the article 106 of the Disciplinary Code, that refers to the "statements through any half on the members of the referee's community". This article establishes that it can not question the honesty and impartiality of the referees, and that the statements that disapprove the activity of any member of the community, using an offensive language, insultante, humillante or inappropriate, could be sanctioned. The fine by this type of act could be a suspension of four to twelve parties and an economic charge of 601 to 3005 euros.
The indictments of the Pole are very backed by precedents
What could be saving to Robert Lewandowski is that it did not use offensive expressions neither insults in his statements. Besides, his indictments are backed by precedents in which they have presented complaints that have carried to the opening of files. In some cases, these complaints have been closed without imposing sanctions, or after generating a dictamen, the sanction has been later deleted by the Committee of Appeal or the own Administrative Court of the Sport.
