LaLiga expressed its "absolute disagreement" with the precautionary measure from the Higher Sports Council that authorizes the registration of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor. The organization claims it did not receive the prior hearing process before the ruling
As expected, LaLiga and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) quickly expressed their rejection of the precautionary measure approved by the Higher Sports Council (CSD) this Tuesday in favor of FC Barcelona. Through a statement, the organization asserts that the CSD's resolution omitted the "transfer of the appeal and the hearing process to LaLiga or the RFEF", which means both institutions are unaware of "the arguments put forth by the players and Barça in the appeal".
In this regard, both LaLiga and the RFEF express their "absolute disagreement" while proceeding to "carefully study" the resolution to subsequently "file the appropriate appeals". The rejection from the organization and the Federation is based on the fact that the CSD refers to "a series of motivations related to the rights of athletes to their sports career" that overlook the prior agreement of both institutions to deny the visa and license of both Barça players.

Louzán and Tebas also respond to the CSD ruling
After learning of the CSD ruling, the president of the RFEF, Rafael Louzán, commented in an interview for 'Movistar+' that, while both organizations respect the government's decision, they will later evaluate the resolution, since the decision to annul the licenses of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor is based on a regulation also endorsed by the CSD.
"The RFEF and LaLiga are working hand in hand, they have greatly appreciated that there is this understanding. And that is what really needs to be done. Understand each other. We will analyze the context when we have the resolution in our possession", added Louzán.

For his part, LaLiga president Javier Tebas exploded through his account on 'X' against journalist Jorge Calabres from 'El Español', where he denies having assured Barça that the new contract with Nike was enough to register Olmo and Víctor. He also denied the requirement for unnecessary additional documentation, as well as the 40% of the money corresponding to the sale of VIP boxes, instead of the usual 20% for the sale of assets of any club.
Regarding your post, I comment @jorgecalabres, although you say you have quit smoking, you must have smoked a "joint" to write your post.

"Olmo Case:
- First, Barça is told that the new contract with Nike is sufficient. LIE
- It is not sufficient in the end and another solution is sought.
- On the 31st... https://t.co/QMPNzZmxbS
In fact, Tebas accused Calabres of having consumed some narcotic due to his claims of "abuse of power". The president of the organization also denied that LaLiga was in a hurry to unregister both players, as the operation of the boxes was not resolved by December 31 and it was a lie that "the money was transferred but did not arrive until January 3".
