This Thursday, Hansi Flick will recover the FC Barcelona internationals called up by their national teams for the double day of matches played between September 5 and 10. In total, nine first team players traveled during the break, six of them called up by the senior team and the Spanish Under-21 team. Of them, the only casualty was Fermín López, who suffered a problem in the rectus femoris of his left thigh that will keep him out of action until the end of the month.

Lamine Yamal

The winger played 135 minutes (90 against Serbia, 45 against Switzerland) in which he added 1 assist (to Joselu in Basel). Although Lamine had some discomfort after Barça-Valladolid, Luis de la Fuente only gave him a rest in the second half against Switzerland. Luckily, the youth player had no problems with La Roja and showed all his quality in both matches.

Pedri González

He was a substitute against Serbia (14') and Switzerland (28'), without participating in the goals against Switzerland, but with good flashes in a complicated second half for a Spain that showed the wear and tear of playing almost the entire game with one man less.

Dani Olmo

The man from Terrassa suffered a severe blow to his right knee against Serbia which, luckily, did not become serious. That day he played 82 minutes where, along with Lamine, he was the best of a dense Spain in Belgrade. De la Fuente rested him against Switzerland due to the inflammation resulting from the blow suffered in the debut in the Nations League.

Ferran Torres

He went from less to more in the doubleheader, being a substitute in both games. Against Serbia he only played 8 minutes, but he was able to get even against Switzerland with a stellar second half in which he converted and assisted to round out the win in Geneva (1-4). The 'Shark' returns to Barcelona with renewed spirits, although he knows he will be a substitute under Hansi Flick.

Pau Cubarsí

He played in full in the U-21 matches against Scotland (1-2) and Hungary (0-1), both resulting in away wins for Santi Denia's team. As in Barça, the center-back exhibited security and character to give stability to the Spanish defense.

Pablo Torre

The Cantabrian took the place of the injured Fermín López and did so in a good way, adding an assist against Scotland. Santi Denia kept him in the eleven in both matches, accumulating 149 minutes of action where he was very active in attack.

Ter Stegen

The goodbye of Manuel Neuer, finally, opened the doors to the XI of the German team for Barça's '1'. After a comfortable win against Hungary (5-0) where they practically did not have any shots on goal, they conceded two goals in the tough visit to Amsterdam against the Netherlands (2-2). Despite this, he saved a couple of very clear chances in the second half to save the tie.

Jules Koundé

He was a substitute in the defeat against Italy (1-3), a match where he came on with 12 minutes remaining, with little to do to avoid the loss at the home of 'Les Bleus'. Didier Deschamps returned him to the XI against Belgium and, as a right back, he once again completed another great game, being one of the figures in the French victory (2-0). In total, he returned to Barcelona with 102 minutes of action under his belt.

Robert Lewandowski

He played the full 90 minutes in the defeat against Croatia (1-0), a match where he almost scored on a couple of occasions and came out with some physical discomfort. The '9' had better luck in the Nations League debut against Scotland (2-3), a match where he was able to extend his good scoring streak. In total, he played 162 minutes, adding 1 goal and 1 assist.
